We are pleased to announce that we have agreed terms with Olympio Metals Ltd for Liontown to farm into Olympio’s Mulline and Mulwarrie Lithium Projects in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.

Liontown will complete a geochemical programme across the Projects to make an initial assessment. Once complete, Liontown will have the right to earn 51% equity in the Projects. At this point Olympio may elect to form a joint venture, with Liontown holding 51% and Olympio 49% and each contributing pro rata to their share.

Part of Liontown’s strategy is to find and develop lithium and other deposits required to support the transition to a low-carbon future.

Entering into this agreement with Olympio demonstrates our commitment in continuing to execute on our strategy and seek to expand our portfolio through organic growth.
