Tim has over 40 years experience in the resource industry.

He has been involved in the formation and management of a number of publicly listed companies and is currently the Chairman of DevEx Resources Limited, Non-Executive Director of Minerals 260 Limited and Non-Executive Director of entX Limited.

Tony has over 30 years of experience in the minerals industry including senior roles in Operations, Strategy and Planning, Business Development and Business Transformation for BHP and Rio Tinto.

He has led teams operating across Australia, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Africa.  Tony holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

Jennifer Morris is an accomplished corporate executive and non-executive director, with key experience in advising corporations and government entities on strategy development, governance controls, complex large-scale business transformation, human capital related work, the embedding of ESG (environment, social and governance) related policies and the understanding of high-performance environments learned during her varied career including elite sport.

She is a former partner of global professional services firm Deloitte where her career spanned more than 10 years working across the mining, government and transport sectors. She was also previously a Senior Marketing Analyst for Rio Tinto Iron Ore. Jennifer is a non-executive director of a number of public and private listed companies, including ASX-listed copper producer Sandfire Resources Ltd (ASX:SFR), natural resources investment bank and stockbroking firm Argonaut and recently of iron ore producer Fortescue Metals Group Ltd (ASX:FMG).

Shane is a highly respected mining engineer and senior manager in the resource sector with over 25 years’ experience. He has a strong track record in starting up and operating mines of varying scale, with a skillset that includes project management, building highly capable teams and overseeing operational ramp-up to steady-state production.

Shane also gained extensive experience in senior operational site management, predominantly in gold and base metal hard rock mines, prior to founding Entech in 2010.

He has since been involved in a diverse range of projects, both national and international, over a broad range of commodities, providing services including mining due diligence assessments, mining scoping studies, mining pre-feasibility and definitive feasibility studies.

Adrienne is a highly esteemed lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in the infrastructure and resources sector.

She has extensive legal, commercial, and business expertise specialising in delivery of large construction, engineering, energy and mining projects across a number of jurisdictions, worldwide. Adrienne is a partner with global law firm, Pinsent Masons, and Head of their Perth office.

Adrienne is currently a Non-executive Director of Fleetwood Limited and Chair of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia’s Construction and Infrastructure Law Committee.

Jon is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 25 years’ experience.

Jon has significant corporate and commercial experience, including 15 years tenure as CFO of three ASX listed gold mining companies, most recently at Regis Resources Limited for 3 years and 6 years at Doray Minerals Limited.

Jon holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia.

Adam is a mechanical engineer with a successful 20+ year career in project development and operational roles across Australia and Africa.  Adam’s most recent role was COO for ASX-listed Nzuri Copper in the DRC.

Adam has previously held senior management roles with Perseus Mining and TiZir Ltd.’s Grand Côte project as well as senior roles with Mineral Deposits Ltd, Placer Dome Asia Pacific and Lycopodium Engineering.

Clint is an experienced Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and has been involved with several listed companies operating in the resources sector, including Berkeley Energia Limited, and Sovereign Metals Limited.  

Clint is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (Chartered Secretary), and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Rob is a highly accomplished corporate affairs professional with an extensive and successful career in the resources sector.

He has significant experience in strategic senior leadership, with primary emphasis on both external affairs and industry advocacy. Rob has previously held key positions in management consulting and business transformation.

Grant is a results-driven strategic commercial leader with almost 20 years of experience, including in senior leadership positions in the mining sector, across commercial (sales & marketing), strategy, finance, communications and law.

In previous positions at Rio Tinto, Grant was responsible for all aspects of sales, book and go-to market strategies, partnerships and downstream strategic investments as well as leading contract negotiations. Grant holds an MBA from London Business School and an honours degree in law from the University of Glasgow.

James is a value driven leader with a strong track-record of improving business performance and results, having held senior leadership positions in several global companies throughout his career, including BHP, Broadspectrum & EY.

With almost 20 years’ experience in a variety of disciplines across a diverse range of industries, James has broad commercial experience in operations, maintenance, supply chain, warehousing, finance, mergers and acquisitions, organisational design, human resources, information technology, software development and business operating systems.

James holds a Bachelor degree from Murdoch University and an MBA from the University of Western Australia.
