We are pleased to provide an update on our first digital spot sales auction for Kathleen Valley spodumene concentrate, conducted via the Metalshub platform.

Launching our inaugural online auction for 10,000 wet metric tonnes of spodumene concentrate for loading in January 2026, we invited global buyers to participate via Metalshub’s secure digital marketplace.

The auction attracted over 50 qualified buyers from nine countries, with a winning bid of US$1,254/dmt for SC6.0-equivalent product. The outcome demonstrates the power of giving prospective customers equitable and competitive access to quality product through the Metalshub platform.

Liontown intends to hold further online auctions on the Metalshub platform into 2026 and beyond as part of ongoing operations. We will not be releasing details of future business-as-usual auctions.
