We’re committed to continuous improvement at Kathleen Valley and are implementing two enhancements at our process plant that will be up and running during Q1 FY26:

1. The particle size analyser delivers real-time insights so our process operators can make faster and smarter decisions
2.The regrind mill will regrind a portion of the tailings which would otherwise end up as waste, returning it to the flotation circuit to extract more lithium

The regrind mill was innovatively repurposed from elsewhere on site to deliver a low-capital enhancement with maximum impact that’s quick to implement.

We remain focused on value-adding projects that enhance concentrate production and help reduce our unit costs.
